Working Together will will Succeed

It is an honor and pleasure to be educating your child this 2017-2018 school year. It is my ninth year as a teacher. I previously worked at Palmer-Laakso Elem, but I was transferred to the School of the Awesome Mustangs!!. My plan for this year is to assist your child in succeeding in 3rd grade, to learn and grasp all required concepts and ideas, and work hard to be promoted to the 4th grade.
I have been a resident of Los Fresnos all my life and graduated from Los Fresnos High School in 2003. I then went on to graduate from the University of Texas at Brownsville in December of 2008. I am a mother of 2 amazing children!

I will be in my 9th year as a teacher for the Los Fresnos School District, but I will bring in a fresh new perspective and implement the education I learned in my college career, the knowledge I received while completing my student teaching in GT settings at Laureles Elementary for my college graduation, and my 8 previous years experience to teacher these great eager 3rd graders. I believe that every child will succeed if they attend school daily to learn, try hard, and have parental support.
School begins at 7:55 a.m! Tardies will be documented.
Students will have homework daily and will be expected to turn it in daily.
Parents, if you need to reach me, call or e-mail please.gllopez@lfcisd.net
